Bicycle frames, wheel rims, furniture frames, railings, stove parts – a single piece from your cellar, garden or workshop is welcome here. It is coated in the same facilities and to the same quality as for our industrial customers.

Process
How we work
- Step 01Call or send a photo
Give us a quick call and send a photo with approximate dimensions – by email or via the enquiry form.
- Step 02Get a price
Based on the photo and dimensions we tell you what is possible, which process suits and what it costs.
- Step 03Bring it in or have it collected
Bring the part in or use our pickup and delivery service – dismantled and without bearings, seals and plastic parts.
- Step 04Done
We get in touch as soon as your part is ready. Collect it, or we bring it to you.

Please note
- Powder coating heats the part to up to 230 °C: remove bearings, seals, plastic and electronics beforehand
- For one-offs the set-up costs make up a large part of the price
- Cavities such as frame tubes need vent openings
- Pickup and delivery are charged separately; we state the costs in advance

- Wheel rimsPowder-coated in the colour of your choice. Have tyres, valves and weights removed beforehand; old coating and rust are blasted off first.
- Bicycle frames and forksRemove bearings, headset and add-on parts. We mask threads and bearing seats.
- Furniture and framesTable frames, chairs, shelving, metal garden furniture – for indoors and outdoors.
- Railings, gates, stove partsFrom balcony railings to fireplace parts. For outdoor use, please tell us where the part will be located.

A price for your part within 24 hours
Upload a drawing or photo, tell us the quantity and colour – we will come back with a fixed price. If anything is missing, we call you rather than guess.
FAQ
What customers want to know
Do you really coat single parts for private individuals?
Yes, gladly. They are coated in the same booths, with the same material and to the same quality as for our industrial customers.
How much does it cost to have wheel rims powder-coated?
That depends on size, condition and colour – above all on whether old coating or rust has to be removed first. Give us a quick call or send a photo and we will give you a price.
Does my part need stripping first?
If there is old paint or rust on it, yes. Our partner blasting company handles that, directly before coating. More on our sandblasting page.
Can I just bring the part in?
Yes. We are at Gitschiner Straße 20–22, right by Hallesches Tor. It is best to call briefly beforehand: 030 61401555. If it won't fit in the car, we can also collect it.
