Reliability, punctuality and careful work matter more to us than your certificates. We’ll teach you everything else.
Industrial painter, wet paint
You prepare components, mask them according to the drawing, prime and paint – in the standard spray booth, the cleanroom or the large spray booth.
- You have spray-painting experience or a trade qualification related to surface finishing
- You have an eye for surfaces, a steady hand and patience when masking
- Enough German to talk through the work with colleagues
Powder coater
You load the chain conveyor, coat on the powder line, control the run through the oven and check the coating thickness.
- Career changers welcome too – experience in metalworking or manufacturing is a good enough basis
- You want the last part of a series to look like the first
- You’re physically fit – parts need to be hung
Pre-treatment and handling
Degreasing, removing protective film, masking, hanging and unhanging, moving parts. Your way in, no previous experience needed.
- You don’t need any qualifications – we train you on the job here in the factory
- Being reliable counts for more here than your CV
- If you want to progress, we’ll give you further training
Operations manager with power of attorney (Prokura)
You run the business on both the commercial and the operational side: costing and quotes, capacity planning, shop-floor management, customer contact, staff management. With Prokura and real decision-making authority.
- Commercial background – a degree or comparable qualification
- You understand the craft without having to do it yourself
- You’re confident with costing – you calculate quotes yourself
- Ideally, experience in surface technology, metalworking or contract manufacturing
Sales, Berlin-Brandenburg
You win new customers in metal fabrication, sheet-metal processing and exhibition construction, look after existing customers and win back former ones.
- Your technical understanding matters more to us than your sales patter
- You have B2B field sales experience, ideally in the supplier industry or skilled trades
- You work independently, with a direct line to the management

What you’ll find here
Not a sales pitch, just everyday life
- The factory1,800 m² in the middle of Kreuzberg. Cleanroom booth, large spray booth 3 × 5 m, powder line with continuous curing oven – you won’t find all that in every workshop.
- The locationGitschiner Straße, near Hallesches Tor. U1, U3 and U6 within walking distance, a few minutes to the Ring. No commuting out to the suburbs.
- The workDifferent parts every day: measuring equipment, mechanical engineering, exhibition construction, art. If you’re after piece-rate work, this isn’t the place for you.
- The resultAt the end of the day you can see what you’ve achieved. The part came in raw and goes out finished.
- The chain of commandShort. If you need something, you walk three steps and ask – no ticket system, no department in between.

Frequently asked questions
Before you call
I’ve never done any painting. Can I still apply?
Yes, in pre-treatment. You start there without any previous experience and get to know the business from the ground up. Once you’ve proven yourself, we introduce you to the spray booth – that’s the normal route here, not the exception.
What does a typical day look like?
In the morning the day’s work is shared out. Then you work at your station: preparing, masking, coating, inspecting. In between, parts come in and go out. No assembly line, but no boredom either – the parts change all the time.
Do I need to send a CV?
No. The four fields in the form above are enough, or just give us a call. If it’s a fit, we’ll invite you for a tour. We sort out the paperwork afterwards.
There’s nothing suitable advertised right now. Should I still get in touch?
Yes, definitely. We hire all year round. If the right person comes along, we’ll find a place for them – even without a job advert.
Is protective equipment provided?
Yes, all of it: workwear, respiratory protection, gloves, safety shoes – provided, and replaced when worn out. We give you the safety briefing on the equipment before your first working day.
