Coating for laser and sheet metal shops
You cut, bend and weld – we coat. Series in the continuous curing oven, single parts and samples, with pickup and return on request on a schedule that fits your production.

Think about the coating when you cut
Whether a sheet metal part can be coated cleanly is often decided at the cutting stage: where will the part be hung? Is the cut edge clean? We tell you in advance what your parts need – then the series runs without rework.
Process
How we work
- Step 01Upload drawing
DXF, DWG, STEP or PDF via the enquiry form, plus material, quantity and colour.
- Step 02Review
We check hanging and masking and, if needed, suggest hanging holes that you can cut at the same time.
- Step 03Pickup or delivery
You bring the parts, or we collect them – on a fixed schedule for recurring series.
- Step 04Coating and return
For series, a first-article sample for approval first, then the series in continuous operation.

What to watch out for
- Oxygen-cut steel edges carry an oxide layer on which powder adheres less well – we clarify nitrogen cutting or rework in advance
- Very small parts with no way to hang them are more labour-intensive to coat
- Tell us which threads and surfaces must stay free – that belongs in the calculation

What data do you need?
A drawing (DXF, DWG, STEP or PDF), material, quantity and colour. You can upload the file directly in the enquiry form.
Why are hanging holes important?
Every part has to be hung and earthed in the plant. Without a hole it has to be clamped, and an uncoated spot remains at the contact point. A small hole in an inconspicuous place solves this.
Do you collect regularly?
Yes, by arrangement on a fixed schedule too – via our pickup and delivery service.
I need laser-cut parts but have no cutting supplier?
We work with laser shops from our network and are happy to refer you – the coating is then done here.
